remember they are Oceanic 6. Ben is not one of them. I feel Ben has been doing some serious traveling all right, but not with this 6. He flies alone.Posted 02-23-2008 at 07:52 PM by lkeegan

You are correct, but how can Aaron be considered part of Oceanic 6? technically he was "born" on the island? Wednesday's developments were very interesting. Jack testfying in court about 8 only making it alive on the island! hmm....and Kate being the hero, not him. interesting.
and who exactly is Ben? where does he get all his money? maybe he is the Economist? or maybe he is related to the Economist? His evil twin brother maybe? I don't know. I promised myself I would stop guessing, sit back and just enjoy the show. Doe kate kidnap Aaron? I am glad the writers strike is over, everyone back to Hawaii and get back to work!!!Posted 02-24-2008 at 01:20 PM by sayidfan

I now know that Ben can't be one of the Oceanic 6, but would one consider Aaron to be? he was technically not on the "passenger list", as he was not even born.
hmmm.Posted 02-28-2008 at 02:16 PM by sayidfan

So aaron is NOT part of the Oceanic 6, according to this past week episode??? Unless the flashback we are seeing is not in the correct sequence? Sun has the baby, so she is one of the 6, they mention that when she is being pushed in the wheelchair. But is the flashback of Jin BEFORE they went on the island, or AFTER? there is where my confusion lies. so maybe Aaron is? maybe Jin is really mad at her for having the affair, and he does leave her when he gets back, and he just uses her pregnancy as a way to get off the island.
and does michael really not know sayid and desmond, or is it just an act. who gets killed next week?Posted 03-15-2008 at 01:55 PM by sayidfan

The Oceanic 6
Okay...here it is. The part of the episode last week with Sun giving birth was a flash f-o-r-w-a-r-d. The part of the episode last week with Jin running around buying the panda bear was a flash b-a-c-k. It was absolutely brilliant the way the writers and directors built the episode. If you watch again note the cell phone that Jin is using...it is a very old model and frankly, the way he looks. He does look younger or different in some way. Also, and most importantly, he introduced himself to the Ambassador as a representative of Paik Heavy Industries. This is the company that Sun's father owns and who he worked for prior to being on the island. Jin is dead in the future. Sorry folks. I actually missed the year on the grave marker though. I only saw 200_.
Okay, so the Oceanic 6 are...Kate, Jack, Hurley, Sayid, Aaron and Sun. I definitely believe that Aaron is Clair's Aaron. She will probably die in a future episode during the attack from Charles Widmore's crew on the freighter or something. Well, these are my personal thoughts anyway.Posted 03-19-2008 at 07:14 PM by notsolost42

After giving it some thought, later I did realize, I was wrong. It was a flashback and forward. Jin back, Sun forward. Then I did think of the Paik automotive and the fact that there is no WAY he would ever go BACK to work for her Dad EVER again, nor would he have to, since they all seem to get very big settlements from Oceanic. Hence sun's nice apartment, Kate's beautiful home, etc. I still am not convinced that Aaron is the final Oceanic 6 because technically he was not on the manifest, and he was born on the island, and he looks to old to be Claire's Aaron. My theory on him being Claire's Aaron is that she does die, and some how Jack is indirectly involved, thus the reason he is hesitant to go see Aaron. So who knows. Jin is NOT part of the Oceanic six, since he is dead. I missed the date on the grave too, it was hard to see, but I have it Tivo'd, so I can pause it. All I know is I LOVE this show, and it is better than ever.
thanks for your input.Posted 03-19-2008 at 08:35 PM by sayidfan

Oceanic 6
I read a comment somewhere on this forum that the date on Jin's grave marker was 2004. Then it would represent that he died when the plane crashed. The posting also said that perhaps he was still alive but on the island with no way to get off, as many of the other survivors were. Sun would have no way to get back to the island. Perhaps it was her way of mourning the fact that she would never see him again. She truely wanted him to see the baby so it was the only way she could handle it. Perhaps it was just a cathartic action for Sun. I am looking forward to watching it again tonight to see the small details I missed last week.Posted 03-20-2008 at 01:51 PM by notsolost42

Arron Is Not One Of The Original Oeanic 6. They Are Kate, Jack, Hurley, Sayid, Sun And I Believe Michael Since He Was An Original Passenger. I Love The Show.Posted 03-22-2008 at 04:45 AM by twins354

Jin is not dead, he is really still alive, but on the island, but dead to the world where sun is. just like the rest of the Oceanic 6. The real mystery is why some get to come home, the SIX, and some have to stay behind??? why?
Now we know the Oceanic 6, according the previews last night, they are counting aaron. michael never was one, because he got off on his own, through the deal he struck with Ben. I am miffed they are counting Aaron. weak in my opinion. weak. he was NOT on the plane. She didn't have to buy him a ticket, he didn't require a passport, and he wasn't on the manifest, no birthcertificate. hmm.
Plus it is like michael never existed. if he is going back to the island to die. no one knows he ever got off? what his mom said to his was really weird.Posted 03-23-2008 at 12:58 AM by sayidfan

Oceanic 6
I don't really think it is that weak that Aaron is one of the original 6. Afterall, Claire was what, eight or nine months pregnant on the plane? Besides, Aaron holds many a key to the island mysteries. I think that Michael and Walt make up the 7th and 8th that Jack talked about that didn't make it. As far as everyone else, I believe that many will die on the island in the upcoming wars...unfortunately.Posted 03-24-2008 at 02:57 PM by notsolost42

ABC declared the 06 are: Jack, Kate, Aaron, Hurley,
Sayid, and Sun. But who are the 2 of the 8 "survivors"
that died from their injuries? Michael? Claire? Sawyer?
Jin? Locke? I still think it's Michael in the coffin. Can't possibly be Ben. I'm sure Ben will have a spectacular death
scene in the final episode!Posted 03-25-2008 at 03:22 AM by JohnQ

The 6
How can it be Michael in the coffin if Mr. Smiley told him that the island won't let him die? I'm not so sure about that. Again, I think that the 2 of the 8 that they said did not make it are Michael and Walt. Perhaps it is because they are living under assumed names. Just one of the little teasers of the show, I guess. Here's another one. I believe that the original others, not the leftover Dharma people, are the original inhabitants of the Black Rock. In other words, I think that they are pirates of a sort. Something about them just screams pirate to me. Go figure.Posted 03-25-2008 at 01:12 PM by notsolost42
