Ok This is it!! Theory

Ok so it's the night before Xmas and all through the house.. no wait a minute... It was the night before the Lost Finale and all through my mind I am theorizing like never before. And just now it hit me like most theories do to us. It has this Kismet feeling to it, that is undeniable. Here it is...

The difference between MIB and his Mom is one thing- he was a reluctant guardian.

In other words if MIB had not made it so absolutely imperative that he leave the island then Jacob would never have had the job.

So now moving forward, Jack is now in Jacob's role. In the FS the island is submerged.

If Flocke succeeds in submerging the island (which seems to be the case in the FS) then what needs to be done to counteract these actions?

I submit that we will see the FS Losties find someway to the submerged island, and have someone (Probably Jack) sacrifice himself to be the new Cerberus, The island is back up and running.

Which would have to mean that Flocke will beat our island losties, for this to take place.
