Theories I have discussed for season 5

Locke is not dead!!! Ben and the others needed the O6 to return along with everyone else that made their escape. So he fakes his death by using the spiders that paralyze you to bring them home. This is why Ben insist that Jack must bring Locke back to because he is not really dead.
Annie Bens childhood girlfriend is alive! She is Charlotte who may have moved the island to escape the Others and the gas. Ben helped her get off to save her she landed in the desert where later she was not suprised to find the polar bear with darmha tags. Perhaps Richard done so before and moving the island slows or stops aging process. This would show truth in her age due to she would have been around her 20s the day Ben gased the island. She is trying to find her birth place and Milo reminded her of this and the fact that she had already been there before.
The journal from the Black Rock is the key to finding the Island. I belive the journal to be notes from Daniel Faraday who can communicate with people of the past to gain information and write it in journal.
