I feel pretty dumb asking, but where and what was the significance of this Mrs Hawking Lady? What episode is she from, and what did she do again? Cant Remember!!!

Remember when Last season it shows Jack desperatly tring to get back to the island and trying to locate it through navigational maps and grids?? To me the island IS moved, and untill Jack realizes what his FULL purpose is to the island like LOCk has been trying to tell him, and his sister and father alrfeady are a part of, he won't get back untill then.
