+When I first saw it. I thought good god what a crazy "Son of a beech".
But knowing what I do now. You see a man of faith. Who knew that this accident was not an accident. But a second chance. Im that way. I don't stress over things no matter how deer or serious the situation is. I keep my faith and take it as this is what is spose to be happening and it wouldn't happen to me if I couldn't get threw it.

The first time I saw that scene it shocked me. It is was just freakish to me.

A couple weeks ago, one of my daughter's was watching with me. She has never seen LOST before, poor soul. Anyway, when Locke's orange-peeled mouth grinned into the camera, she jolted in her chair and said, "What the HELL??"

I still am not sure what the significance of the scene was. Comic relief, or another scare tactic? It was nightmarish to me.

I still think John was trying to lighten up the moment. Kate was not in good shape right then and it was just an immidiate thought at the moment.
John was really John back then and he was a genuinely good guy.
