How bout CS in the hospital during the O6 years...? Was it MIB (as a smoke detector was going off) or are we to speculate there were 2 CS..? Being that Snokie can't cross water or leave the island..

Edit; perhaps Jacob's death and the island not being run properly (as per the Temple) led to the island being discoverable. Similar to Ben's "they were Jacob's rules".
